Payment Issues
The most common subscription issue is payment issue. If you are using virtual credit card, you may have payment issues. If you have a payment issue, you can try the following steps:
iOS or iPadOS
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap MyLog.
You should see the payment issue here. You can try to make the payment again or you can update your payment method.
Android
- Open Google Play Store on your device.
- Tap Menu icon at the top left of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap MyLog.
You should see the payment issue here. You can try to make the payment again or you can update your payment method.
When you solve your payment issue, your account will be upgraded to the premium plan automatically and you will receive an email and notification to confirm that your account has been upgraded to the Premium plan.
