Collobrative Aircraft Database
MyLog has a unique feature amongst other logbook applications. MyLog has a collaborative aircraft database. This means that all aircraft added by users are shared with all users. This way, you can use the aircraft added by other users in your logs. This means that you don't need to add the aircraft that are already added by other users.
To prevent inaccuracy, spam and abuse, all aircraft should be approved by MyLog team before it can be used by other users. This is a manual process and may take some time.
If your aircraft is not approved yet, you can still use it in your logs. However, other users will not see your aircraft in their logs until it is approved.
Until the aircraft is approved, you can not edit the registration and type of the aircraft. You can read more about editing an aircraft from here.
Using an Unapproved Aircraft
When an unapproved aircraft is used in a log, you will see some warnings about this in MyLog.
Logs that has unapproved or deleted aircraft are not counted in the statistics until aircraft is approved or aircraft changed to an approved one.
Log Preview Widget
You will see a strike-through on the registration of the aircraft in the log preview widget. This indicates that the aircraft is not approved or deleted from system.

Log Detail
Log details screen has also some warnings about the unapproved aircraft. You will see a warning message at the below of the aircraft.

If you tap the info icon, you will see the message like below.
