Sign Up

MyLog offers you various ways to sign up. You can use your email address, Google account, or Apple account.

Sign Up with Email​

  1. Open MyLog on your device.
  2. Tap Sign Up.
  3. Enter your name and surname.
  4. Enter your email address and password.
  5. Select your airline.
  6. Tap Sign Up.

You can continue without selecting your airline but if you specify your airline, you will receive an email about MyLog features specific to your airline.

Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.

You have to enter a valid and unique email address. You can not use an email address that is already registered to MyLog.

When you fill the form and tap the Sign Up button you will receive a verification email. You need to verify your email address to complete the sign-up process.

tip

If you lost your activation email, you can request a new activation email from the login screen. When you try to login if your account is not activated, you will see a Resend Activation Email button.

Sign Up with Google​

  1. Open MyLog on your device.
  2. Tap Google Sign In button.
  3. Select your Google account.

If you use Google Sign In for the first time, you will be asked to allow MyLog to access your Google account. You need to allow MyLog to complete the sign-up process.

When you sign up with yout Google account, you don't need to verify your email address. You will receive a Welcome email instead.

Sign Up with Apple​

  1. Open MyLog on your device.
  2. Tap Apple Sign In button.
  3. Select your email address to provide MyLog. You can also hide your original email address from MyLog if you want.

If you use Apple Sign In for the first time, you will be asked to allow MyLog to access your Apple account. You need to allow MyLog to complete the sign-up process.

When you sign up with yout Apple account, you don't need to verify your email address. You will receive a Welcome email instead.

When you use either Google Sign In or Apple Sign In, you don't need to enter your name, surname, and password. MyLog will use your name and surname from your Google or Apple account. You can change your name and surname later. But you can not change your email address and password.
