MyLog Synchronization System
MyLog uses a synchronization system to keep your data up to date and prevent data loss. This system is designed to work in the background and normally does not require any user interaction. However, in some cases, you may need to reset the synchronization system to fix issues listed below:
- You see a gray screen when you open the app or navigating a screen.
- You cannot see your data on the app or you see incomplete data.
Reset Synchronization
To reset the synchronization system, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings screen.
- Scroll down and find Reset synced data and resync button.
- Tap the button and confirm the action.

warning
If you had any unsynced data, it will be lost after you reset the synchronization system. Please make sure that you have synced all your data before resetting the synchronization system.
